Reporting a security issue
If you find a vulnerability, email support@landed.guide with SECURITY in the subject line and enough detail to reproduce it. We read every report and will come back to you.
Please don't run automated scans that degrade the site for anyone else, and give us a reasonable window to fix something before writing about it publicly.
Where the project is at
Landed is an early-stage side project, not an established company. It runs on managed third-party infrastructure (hosting, database, payments) rather than servers we operate ourselves, and card payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card details.
We're not in a position to sign security questionnaires or offer contractual assurances. If you need something along those lines, email us and we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't do.
